Updates:
- Updated build range field and MRE detail popup to indicate whether the vehicle is within the current month.
- Allowed vehicle owners to archive orders as completed at any stage; completed orders cannot be archived.
- Enabled compliance company modification except when orders are in AVV Ready, AVV Checked, RAV Registered, or Completed status.
- Supported reassignment or removal of compliance companies before order completion; order resets to Created when removal is applied (status exceptions apply).
- Added support for forcibly removing supplier information without affecting order status.
- Added validation to ensure compliance-order-number exists in notes when supplier owner is updated.
