Updates

1. Improved reminder function. It now sends reminding Email one day before the reminder time.
2. Imporved registration page, it now shows the country code inside the mobile number input box.
3. Added the owner name field to company editing form, so the owner of the company can update this field. Owner name is being used inside the RAW declaration form as the signatory name. 
4. Added payment time to payment related pages.
5. Fixed the width of Authorisation component on mobile devices.
6. Provided a friendly reminder inside RFI view, so the users will know no RFI can be created when the order is under certain statuses.
7. Fixed multiple bugs.
